The Four Seasons' two-acre pool terrace overlooking Biscayne Bay is almost as large as the hotel's footprint. By day, Bahia serves drinks and snacks to guests at the three pools. Toward evening, the space swaps pool boys for waiters and caters to a nightclub set. From early evening until sundown, guests can order from a tapas menu of omelettes, olives, mussels and other Spanish-style small plates. |
